We asked Saskia of Vaks Catering to provide a hot buffet for 100 people at our family party. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process, and, most importantly, the meals she provided were delicious. She went above and beyond to cater for different dietary requirements and to provide all the equipment we needed to serve the meal. The menu options were enticing, and the ones we chose were mouthwateringly lovely. Portion sizes were fine, and we felt it was a very good value for money.
