Our founder, Antony, grew up immersed in the culinary world, developing a deep passion for cooking from an early age. After years of working as a classically trained chef, he founded Antony Vaks Catering in 2001, bringing his dedication and skill to every event.
Inspired by her father’s love for food, his daughter Saskia followed in his footsteps. She honed her skills in rosette-awarded restaurants and, in under five years, joined forces with Antony, rebranding the business as Vaks Catering in 2021.
With a shared vision for excellence, we set out to create memorable dining experiences for every occasion. After Antony’s passing, Saskia took the helm, continuing his legacy and passion for exceptional food. Over the past two decades, we have catered hundreds of events, delivering tailored menus made from fresh ingredients, helping to make every celebration truly unforgettable.
